Client Rationale
This is an exercise used to help strengthen your ulnar deviators with an exercise band. Ulnar deviators bring your hand towards your pinky side, however functionally they stabilize the wrist during activities of the hand and the wrist.



Instructions
  • Stand with arm by your side and thumb facing forward.
  • Bend at the wrist bringing your baby finger up towards the ceiling.
  • Return slowly.
  • Fix exercise band underneath your foot and hold the opposite end with your hand.
  • Do not move balistically or rapidly.
