This exercise is to help you get your shoulder range of motion back without using the muscles that are painful, healing, or both.
Instructions
- Sit upright.
- Bend forward at the waist keeping forearm on the table.
- Feel a gentle stretch in the shoulder.
- Do not move quickly.
- You should not feel any sharp pain.
