Client Rationale
This exercise is to help you get your shoulder range of motion back without using the muscles that are painful, healing, or both.
Instructions
- Hold wand behind you with hands as close together as possible.
- Slowly raise hands up.
- Return slowly, keeping your affected arm relaxed.
- Do not move your arm behind your back on its own.
- Do not move quickly.
