This is a stretch to stretch your Soleus muscle. This is the muscle that is on the back of your lower leg, or your calf. It is a smaller muscle than your large gastrocnemius and sits underneath it.



Instructions
  • Point toes forward.
  • Lean forward keeping body straight and heels on the floor.
  • Bend both knees.
  • Feel a stretch just above your ankle.
  • Do not bounce into the stretch.
