This is a stretch to stretch your Soleus muscle. This is the muscle that is on the back of your lower leg, or your calf. It is a smaller muscle than your large gastrocnemius and sits underneath it.
- Point toes forward.
- Lean forward keeping body straight and heels on the floor.
- Bend both knees.
- Feel a stretch just above your ankle.
- Do not bounce into the stretch.
