Client Rationale
This exercise is to help to strengthen the hamstring muscle - a group of 3 muscles that help to control your knee joint in standing, to stop you from buckling. It is the muscle that bends your knee, extends your hip, and also to control the knee during walking.



Instructions
  • Fix Theraband in door and loop arond your ankle.
  • Start with your knee almost straight.
  • Bend knee back towards the floor.
  • Return slowly.
  • Do not bend forward at the waist.
  • Do not pull forcefully or ballistically.
