This exercise is to stretch the capsule or the sleeve around your shoulder joint. You are using the the head of arm bone (humerus) to stretch out the stretchy sleeve.
Instructions
- In this position, relax your back and rest upper body through your elbows.
- You should not experience any sharp pain.
