Instructions
  • Stand with abs tight and grasping exercise band as shown.
  • Pull exercise band down towards your opposite hip.
  • Allow your trunk to rotate only slightly.
  • Return slowly.
  • Do not allow your hips to rotate.
  • Do not sway.
