This is an exercise that helps to functionally strengthen your glut (buttock) muscles as well as some of the rotators of your hip.



Instructions
  • Start with the theraband under your feet and crossed over hands.
  • Step tp the side against the resistance of the theraband.
  • Have your knees slightly bent.
  • Lift your foot off the ground to step.
  • Do not take small steps.
  • Do not slide your foot over.
