This is an exercise that helps to promote motion in your thoracic spine (your trunk) as well as engage the stabilizers of the shoulder blade and the arm.
Instructions
- Start in 4 point position.
- Return to starting position.
- Repeat to opposite side.
- Lift your arm up to the side while rotating the body.
- Let your eyes follow the arm.
- Do not let your pelvis move.
- Do not experience any pain.
