A good exercise to use when the patient is ready to start return to sport training or is ready for higher level coordination activities. Useful for post-op ACL rehabilitation and return to endurance type activity such as running.

This exercise is used typically at the end stages of rehabilitation to help to promote coordination for higher level activities.
Instructions
- Stand with an exercise band around your waist.
- Walk backward against the resistance of the exercise band.
- Return slowly.
- Do not extend your low back.
- Do not look down.
