This is a strengthening exercise using an exercise band for your forearm supinators. Supination is when the palm of your hand is facing up. You need your supinators for activities that involve gripping and turning, for example turning a door knob.



Instructions
  • Fix exercise band underneath your foot and grip the opposite end with your hand.
  • Rest your forearm on your knee.
  • Start with palm facing down and and then turn your hand up.
  • Return slowly.
  • Do not move quickly, move in a slow and controlled manner.
