Client Rationale
This is a strengthening exercise using an exercise band for your forearm pronators. Pronation is when the palm of your hand is facing down. You need your pronators for activities that involve gripping and turning, for example turning a door knob.



Instructions
  • Fix the exercise band underneath your foot and grip the opposite end with your hand.
  • Rest your forearm on your knee.
  • Start with palm facing up and and then turn your hand down.
  • Return slowly.
  • Do not move quickly, move in a slow and controlled manner.
