This is an active range of motion exercise for your elbow. It is most often prescribed after an acute injury, post elbow surgery when motion is allowed, or post-immmobilization.



Instructions
  • Start with arm straight and by your side.
  • Bend up at elbow.
  • Return in a slow and controlled manner.
  • Keep abs tight.
  • Do not pull the arm up ballsitically.
  • Move only at the elbow, do not move your shoulder.
