Instructions
  • Keep shoulder blades down and together.
  • Keeping head tall and turn your head to across your shoulder.
  • Keep eyes level.
  • Sit in a chair with the back of your head and the shoulder blades on the wall.
  • Do not let chin poke out.
  • Do not experience any pain or strain.
