Instructions
- Keep shoulder blades down and together.
- Slide head upwards and tuck chin slightly down.
- Take partial weight of the head off the pillows and slowly turn head to look at your shoulder.
- Move slowly.
- Lie on your side with your head supported on a pillow in a neutral position.
- Do not experience any pain or strain.
- Do not allow shoulder or chest to move.
- Do not allow chin to poke forward.
