This is an active range of motion exercise for your neck, specifically neck flexion. This is an exercise that helps to introduce gentle motion so that your neck does not stiffen up and it helps to clear inflammation.
Instructions
- Standing or sitting with shoulders back and chest up, bring your chin to your chest.
- Return slowly.
- Work only in pain free range of motion.
- Do not apply overpressure.
- Do not experience any pain.
