This is a stretch to stretch your gastrocnemius muscle. This is the muscle that is on the back of your lower leg, or your calf.



Instructions
  • Loop a towel around your foot.
  • Pull your foot towards you with the towel, creating a stretch in your calf.
  • Do not lift your hip or knee off the surface.
