Client Rationale
This exercise is to help you increase the bending range of motion of your knee, using your opposite leg.
Instructions
- Cross you unaffected ankle over your affected side.
- Keep your hip down.
- Push your affected leg down, bending at the knee.
- Lie on your back with your affected foot on the wall.
- Do not let your buttock come off the floor.
